This week we spotlight the hilarious web-comic “LunarBaboon” by @LunarBaboon! This comic is all about a half man/half lunar-baboon living in Toronto with his wife and child. Next up is our indie comic review! We talk about the fanciful comic “The Thief’s Tale” by Maia Kobabe. We met Maia at the recent APE Expo and she was kind enough to give us a great interview and the first issue of her comic! She is a recent graduate but shows great skill and promise. Thief’s Tale follows thief Delia on a quest to steal a great treasure! Many twists, turns and fireballs later we fell in love with this tenacious character and her kleptomaniac antics. Maia is currently working on issue 2 of Thief’s Tale and we can’t wait to get our hands on it!
